(December, 2024) – Suzanne Blankenship of Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon, has been recertified for another five year term.  Suzanne is Pensacola’s only attorney certified as a Condominium and Planned Development Specialist, which means she has the distinction of having special knowledge, skills and proficiency in this practice area.
