Patrick G. Emmanuel was a practicing attorney at Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon for more than sixty five years. Over the years he served his profession well and was rewarded for his efforts. He merited an impressive list of professional accolades: he was a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, the American College of Trial Lawyers, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Emmanuel was the recipient of the Florida Bar's President's Pro Bono Service Award, as well as the Florida Bar Foundations "2001 Medal of Honor Award", was rated an A-V attorney by Martindale Hubbell, and was named in each volume of The Best Lawyers in America, since 1983, as one of Florida's outstanding lawyers in real estate.
He was a Major in a tank destroyer battalion during World War II, and served his country as an experienced and decorated lawyer.
A graduate of the University of Florida College of Law, Patrick served his profession in countless capacities, including President of The Florida Bar and The Florida Bar Foundation, member of the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar, chairman of numerous Florida Bar committees, and chairman of the Federal Judicial Nominating Commission of Florida.
