Patrick G. Emmanuel has been a practicing attorney at Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon for more than sixty five years. Over the years he has served his profession well and has been rewarded for his efforts. He has merited an impressive list of professional accolades: he is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, the American College of Trial Lawyers, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Emmanuel is the recipient of the Florida Bar's President's Pro Bono Service Award, as well as the Florida Bar Foundations "2001 Medal of Honor Award", is rated an A-V attorney by Martindale Hubbell, and has been named in each volume of The Best Lawyers in America, since 1983, as one of Florida's outstanding lawyers in real estate.
He was a Major in a tank destroyer battalion during World War II, and now serves his country as an experienced and decorated lawyer. His practice concentrates on real estate, corporate, and banking law as well as wills, estates, and business litigation.
A graduate of the University of Florida College of Law, Patrick has served his profession in countless capacities, including President of The Florida Bar and The Florida Bar Foundation, member of the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar, chairman of numerous Florida Bar committees, and chairman of the Federal Judicial Nominating Commission of Florida.
