Stacey Clark has devoted her years of practice to helping the citizens of Pensacola obtain the benefits to which they are entitled but have been denied. Stacey’s practice is principally divided between representing people who are disabled, but have been turned down by Social Security, and those who have been injured in a motor vehicle accident but denied Personal Injury Protection benefits by their insurance company.
Stacey P. Clark is a graduate of the University of Florida, College of Law, where she earned her J.D. cum laude.
As with most law degree seeking students, Stacey spent her summers interning with various judicial entities, including the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, the Public Defenders Office in Gainesville, and the Broward County Court, 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida. It was during her summer internship with a private law firm that she was introduced to Personal Injury law, working cases from initial consultation through trial or settlement. Upon obtaining her law degree in 2003, Stacey began her practice as an associate in the personal injury section at Emmanuel, Sheppard and Condon. Since that time, Stacey has devoted her practice entirely to plaintiff’s representation in Social Security disability and Personal Injury Protection litigation.
