Charles "Chuck" Young graduated Cum Laude in 1996 from the Florida State University School of Law, where he received a Book Award for the highest grade in Foreign Investment. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1997.
Prior to attending law school Chuck worked as a teacher in the Escambia County public school system. After graduating from law school Chuck worked as a prosecutor in the Office of the State Attorney in Santa Rosa County where he selected numerous juries for criminal trials and was the lead prosecutor in over 70 jury trials. Chuck joined Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon in August of 1999 and has shifted the focus of his practice from criminal to civil.
In 2011 Chuck was recognized as among Florida's Legal Elite by Florida Trend Magazine.
