Kevin D. Nelson

Kevin Nelson was raised in the New Orleans area and earned his undergraduate and masters degrees from Auburn University and a J.D. from Loyola University School of Law. He then received his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida Law School in Gainesville. His specialties in Federal and Florida State Taxation are a great addition to the firm’s commercial practice group.

With a focus on corporate law, Kevin’s clients are typically individuals interested in buying, selling, or establishing businesses. Kevin is committed to helping these clients avoid the pitfalls which often occur when owning a business. Kevin also provides advice and direction on estate planning to clients in the firm’s commercial practice group.

In his practice, Kevin often works with governmental entities such as the Internal Revenue Service, the Florida Department of Revenue, the Florida Department of State, and the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations.
