Kathryn I. Kasper

Kathryn “Kat”, originally from Athens, Georgia, moved to Pensacola in the early 80’s with her family.

She clerked for the Legal Aide in Birmingham, AL and for an attorney in private practice where she was introduced to debtor’s rights, family law and criminal law. She practiced law in the Pensacola area with private firms prior to joining Emmanuel, Sheppard, & Condon.

While Kat’s primary area of practice was previously focused on worker’s compensation defense, her litigation skills are now utilized to represent clients in a variety of practice areas including Business, Corporate & Banking Law, Contract & Commercial Litigation, Creditors Rights & Foreclosures, Real Estate, Trust & Probate Litigation, and Real Estate Transactions.
