Sally B. Fox

Sally Bussell Fox has been a practicing attorney since 1983. She received her B.A. degree from Tulane University and her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law. She graduated in the top 12% of her law school class, was a Dean’s List student and was Associate Editor of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy.

Sally primarily represents developers, financial institutions and businesses handling real estate, land use, creditor bankruptcies and commercial litigation.

In addition, Ms. Fox’s areas of practice include collections, business law and intellectual property.
