Gregory P. Fayard

Greg is a Pensacola native. After earning his B.S. in Finance from the University of South Alabama, he went on to earn his J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law and then headed home to Pensacola to begin the practice of law.

Greg spent six years in the public defenders office of the 1st Judicial Circuit where he defended more than 1800 clients. He has selected numerous juries for criminal trials and was the lead defense attorney in many jury trials.

Greg joined Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon in 2008 and has shifted the focus of his practice from criminal to civil litigation.

He will concentrate on legal matters involving commercial and construction law.
