John H. Adams

John maintains a broad civil practice which includes commercial litigation, creditor’s rights, real estate litigation, estate and trust litigation and business disputes. John also represents several homeowner’s and condominium associations and practices estate planning, probate and guardianship law. John’s litigation practice involves cases pending in the state courts of Florida and Alabama and in Bankruptcy Court.

While in law school, John interned at the Florida Supreme Court. In addition to practicing at Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon, John has practiced at Broad and Cassel. Prior to attending law school, John was a high school math teacher in Santa Rosa County, Florida.

John practices in all areas of commercial litigation in Florida.
